Location

The school is located in pristine, picturesque and pollution-free environment of Shimla District amidst lush green verdant hills covered by Kail, Deodar, Pine, Cheel, Ban forests and traversed by meandering streams which render divine ambience to the environment. The school is situated on Shimla Junga Road, 15 km from Shimla city, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, India.

The climate of Pujarli is cool and ambient. The year can be divided into three distinct seasons. Winter season sets in from the month of October and continues up to April, followed by summer season from May to June and Rainy Season from July to September. Temperature rises after April and the month of June is the hottest month of the year but temperature never soars above 27-28°C. By the end of October, there is a steady decrease in temperature. The months of December, January and February are the coolest months of the year.

The nearest rail head is Shimla. A narrow gauge track, connects Kalka to Shimla. The Kalka-Shimla Railway is listed in the Guinness Book of Records for the steepest rise in altitude in a distance of 96 km. Kalka, the rail terminus in the plains, has daily departures to major Indian cities.

Flights from the airport at Jubbarhatti, 35 kilometers away from Shimla connects Shimla to Delhi.
